Liked hotel’s staff and food, had a really great stay for a long time. The room was huge on the cool side, had wake-up service, that's cool. Multi-channel television, a dining area and ironing facilities were great. Our check-in was good. On the plus side, there was parking on-site.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. The food was delicious and there were variety of dishes in the menu. My room included coffee and tea making facilities, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. Stunning secluded location near city centre, the motorway. Variety of food options really close to the venue.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to Bristol. We really enjoyed being there.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I appreciated every detail here, including staff and rooms, that were amazing. The room met every demand, tidy with balcony.

We loved the hotel and Bristol, had 1 great day there. The airport was 25 km away from here, fantastic location. Gorgeous, well-appointed room with great bath, amazing bathroom and balcony.

The bed was squeaky, that's sad thing.

All in all a fantastic stay, the venue exceeded high expectations. Quaint place with very informative staff, everything was wonderful. Great and cosy room with gorgeous views, iron and ironing board, TV, and a dining area. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was appetising...

Everything is lovely here. All in all a romantic hotel and good stay.

Very quick check in & efficient check out, easy location. I loved their cheap cheese, fresh bread, milk, jam and pastries for breakfast. The bed was soft and it was great having fridge, terrace and big windows. They made my stay awesome. The main bar in the hotel had variety of free hot spirits, tea and coffee throughout the day. Walking distance to the fantastic beach.

Obliging staff, local area, they have TOP NOTCH restaurant. There was lots of exceptional meals. The rooms were perfect with a homey design, plus the bathroom was luxury. The staff created a relaxing atmosphere. Secluded location, chilled-out base for discovering Bristol.

I liked absolutely gorgeous location and the efficient service of the team.

Excellent pool, incredibly beautiful views, fabulous staff. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Room was regular double, warm enough, bed was comfy. We tried awesome jam, milk, fresh bread, pastries and cheese for full English breakfast.

The hotel itself was perfect, location and rooms where superb. There is a heating system, a fireplace and ironing facilities - that's always a plus. Great choice for weekend.

The staff was friendly and the setting was good. This place is perfect to stay if you visit blaise castle.
